Ms. Cianci was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2005, the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California in 2006 and the State Bar of Nevada in 2017.

Associate attorney Maida V. Farrar focuses on complex family law matters and has a record of success in the family law courts, achieving favorable results for her clients. Ms. Farrar has a passion for children's rights and their well being centers her focus and drive in the practice of law. Ms. Farrar was licensed to practice law in California in 2005 and Florida in 2006. She has dedicated her legal career to assisting other's though difficult matters.

Associate attorney Salina L. Sierra approaches her client's issues with a focus on results and understanding the complexities that come from family law litigation. Ms. Sierra leverages her unique skills to serve her client's goals, steadfastly reaching settlement when possible and but will diligently prepare for trial when necessary. Ms. Sierra graduated from California State University, Sonoma and John F. Kennedy University, School of Law. Kevin M. Cecil, Of Counsel, is a lifelong Sacramento resident with a lifelong commitment to serving the community. Mr. Cecil graduated from California State University, Chico, and received his law degree from the University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento. With experience in a variety of legal areas and settings, including criminal defense, personal injury, family law, and civil litigation, Mr. Cecil chose to concentrate on family law. He has assisted clients in many areas of family law, including guardianships, dependency actions and domestic violence restraining orders.

Renee C. Nash, Of Counsel, is an extremely accomplished lawyer, former law professor, successful business owner, entrepreneur and active member of the community.  Ms. Nash has extensive experience in employment law, a broad knowledge of business law, including business formation, strategic tax planning and litigation. In addition, she is also able to navigate high asset and complex family law dissolution cases as well negotiate and draft both pre and post-nuptial agreements. Ms. Nash is always settlement oriented, real-world minded, and will offer a practical approach to what is seemingly, an insurmountable legal problem.

The Honorable Thomas M. Cecil (Ret.), Of Counsel, retired from the Sacramento Superior Court in late 2010 after a distinguished 22-year career on the bench. Judge Cecil served for two terms as the presiding judge of the Sacramento Superior Court and later as the supervising judge of family law and probate. In 1999, he was honored as Judge of the Year by the Sacramento County Bar Association. A 1975 graduate of McGeorge School of Law, Judge Cecil assists clients in numerous areas of family law, including support and custody litigation, and domestic violence matters. He also offers his services as a mediator or private judge.
